  1. Return Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the purchase date.
  2. Product Condition: At least 95% of the perfume must remain in the bottle to qualify for a return or exchange.
  3. Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days to process your request.
  4. Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  5. Satisfaction Guarantee: We accept returns for perfumes that do not meet your expectations. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or stained, you can request a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.
